The Book

My book was published in August 2013, in both a Norwegian and English version. It includes lots of beautiful food art photos, accompanied with step-by-step instructions, basic recipes for breakfast foods and behind the scenes peeks from my crazy kitchen. Depending on your wishes, it works both as an art book for enjoyment and practical guide to food art. 

The English version is available for purchase on all Amazon stores (click the photo for the American version) plus a variety of other online book shops. The Norwegian book can be found in most Norwegian book stores, both physical and online. 

New for 2014 is that the book will be published in five new languages: Dutch, German, French, Russian and Korean! The Dutch version, called "Kunst op je bord" is in fact already out, available here.
